1. Made-to-Order Assembly

At KONEX International, we prioritize precision. All our bicycles are assembled on customer demand. Each unit is custom-built after order confirmation to ensure it meets our “Japan Tech” standards for reliability and performance.

2. Payment Terms

To secure your build and begin the assembly process, we adhere to the following structure:

• Advance Payment: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order.

• Final Balance: The remaining 80% payment must be cleared one day prior to dispatch.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We utilize reliable cargo bus services for secure transit across Pakistan.

• Station Pickup: Customers are typically required to pick up their bicycle from the nearest cargo/bus station.

• Doorstep Delivery: If you require delivery to a specific home or business address, additional local delivery charges will apply.

4. Quality Assurance (Pre-Dispatch)

Before your bicycle leaves our facility, we will share a detailed video of your specific unit, demonstrating its condition and functionality. Dispatch occurs only after we receive your final approval and payment clearance.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Customer-Initiated: The 20% advance payment is non-refundable if the order is canceled after assembly has begun.

• Company-Initiated: If an order is canceled due to an issue on our end, the advance payment is fully refundable

5. After-Sale Services (First Month)

30-Day After-Sale Service Policy:

• Service Support: For the first 30 days, we will align you with our local dealers for any necessary adjustments.

• Scope of Work: Service is limited to general tuning and nut-bolt adjustments. No part replacements are included.

• Logistics: Customers must carry the bicycle to the assigned dealer address.

• Transport Costs: All transportation expenses are to be borne by the customer.
