1. About us. konex.pk is run by KONEX International, Nila Gumbad, Lahore, Pakistan. WhatsApp: 0323 8870832.
2. Using the site. You may browse the site and place orders for personal use. You agree to give correct details when ordering.
3. Prices. All prices are in Pakistani rupees and include all government taxes. We may change prices or specifications; the price shown when you order is the price you pay.
4. Orders and payment. An order is confirmed after we accept it (by WhatsApp, phone or email). Payment options are shown at checkout, including cash on delivery with an advance, card payment, JazzCash, Easypaisa and instalments, as described on the site.
5. Delivery. Delivery times and charges are explained in our Shipping & Order Policy.
6. Returns and cancellations. These follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Product information. We try to keep photos, colours and specifications accurate. Small differences in colour or finish between a screen and the real product can happen.
8. Service. Every new KONEX bicycle gets free 30-day service as described on the site. This is a service, not a warranty.
9. Social media. Our videos and posts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok are for information. The price and details on konex.pk apply.
10. Privacy. How we use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
11. Our content. The KONEX name, logo, photos and videos belong to KONEX. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
12. Limit of liability. To the extent allowed by law, KONEX is not liable for indirect losses from using the site. Nothing here limits your legal rights as a consumer.
13. Law. These terms follow the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are handled in Lahore.
