Within 30 days of delivery: one free check-up and adjustment (tuning, brakes, gears, nut-bolt tightening). You bring the bicycle to our Lahore workshop or the designated dealer we tell you, and collect it; transport is paid by you. Parts are charged separately after you approve the price.

How it works
- Send the request below with a clear description, photos and a short video of the problem.
- We check them and send you a quote on WhatsApp: visit charge (or transport) + labour + parts.
- You approve the quote. No work is done before you approve.
- Our mechanic comes with the tools and parts, or we pick up your bicycle, and the work is done.
Free 30-day service: for new KONEX bicycles, within 30 days of delivery. Covers nut and bolt tightening and problems caused by our assembly. Send a video or photos as proof with your invoice number. Not covered: accidents, damage, wear and tear, or new parts (these are charged as a paid repair).
