Shipping & order policy
1. Made-to-order assembly
All KONEX bicycles are assembled on customer demand. Each unit is built after your order is confirmed, to meet our "Japan Tech" standard for reliability and performance.
2. Prices and payment options
All prices shown on this website are in Pakistani Rupees and include all government taxes. Delivery charges are extra, as set out below.
- Cash on delivery: no discount. To confirm your order you pay a 10% advance on the bicycles (parts and components are paid in full) plus the minimum delivery charge in advance, by JazzCash, Easypaisa, UBL Raast QR or card. Your order is processed only after this payment. The 10% is deducted from your price, and the rest is paid when your order arrives. For bicycles, you can cancel free of charge within 2 hours of your payment; after that the 10% advance is not refunded (see section 5). If you refuse the order on delivery, the delivery charge and the 10% advance are not refunded.
- Cash on delivery, collecting yourself: no delivery charge. A 10% advance of the order amount is required to confirm your order, and is deducted from the price when you collect. We tell you when your order is ready; if you do not collect it within 7 days of our message, the advance is forfeited and the order is cancelled.
- Full payment: pay the full amount in advance, by card, JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer or UBL Raast QR, and get 15% off the retail price.
- Instalments (bicycles only): parts and components are always paid in full. You apply online with your CNIC, electricity bill of your home address, registered mobile number and email, and accept the electronic agreement. We verify within 3 working days, then call you. You collect the bicycle in person at the showroom, pay at least half of the retail price as advance and pay the remaining amount in 12 equal monthly instalments on your personal guarantee, and give two post-dated security cheques at collection (one for instalments 1-6, one for 7-12), each returned when its six instalments are paid. No guarantor is needed. Instalments are available only for customers in Lahore district.
- Credit card instalments (bicycles only): pay the cash price by credit card through a secure UBL payment link, and choose your bank's instalment plan (for example 3, 6 or 12 months) on the bank's page. Available on selected banks' credit cards; your bank's terms and any markup apply. No documents or cheques are needed.

3. Delivery
You choose your delivery option in the order form.
- Delivery time: 1 to 3 days in Lahore after your order is confirmed. Outside Lahore, delivery can take up to 7 working days.
- Bicycles in Lahore (doorstep): Rs 3,000 for one bicycle, plus Rs 500 for each extra bicycle in the same order, up to 4 bicycles (one pickup carries 4). For 5 or more bicycles, we confirm the charge on call.
- Parts in Lahore: delivered by motorcycle rider, Rs 300, paid in advance with the parts. Outside Lahore, parts go by courier for Rs 500; heavy or bulky parts may cost more, confirmed before dispatch.
- Bicycles outside Lahore: see Orders from outside Lahore below.
- Parts outside Lahore: sent by the courier you choose when ordering (such as TCS or DHL). We confirm the courier charge before dispatch.
- Your own arrangement: if you collect the order yourself or send your own rider or courier, no delivery charge applies. For cash on delivery orders you collect yourself, a 10% advance on the bicycles (parts and components paid in full) is required to confirm the order, and the order must be collected within 7 days of our message.
Orders from outside Lahore
We deliver KONEX bicycles all over Pakistan. Delivery charges outside Lahore depend on your city, your area and the delivery company, so we do not show one fixed price. Before you pay, we send you the exact delivery charge on WhatsApp so you can choose the option that suits you.
You can choose one of these options:
- Delivery to an address in Lahore: if you give us an address in Lahore (for example a relative, a friend or your own courier office), the order is treated as a Lahore order and Lahore delivery charges apply.
- Cargo or bus station pickup: we send your bicycle by a reliable cargo bus service to the station nearest to you. You collect it from there with your order number and CNIC. This is usually the lowest cost option.
- Doorstep delivery: we send your bicycle by a courier or cargo company (such as TCS, Leopards or another service available in your area) to your home. The charge is higher and depends on your location.
- Your own arrangement: you can send your own rider, courier or bus service to collect the bicycle from us in Lahore. No delivery charge applies.
How it works:
- Place your order and tell us your city, full address and preferred option.
- We confirm the delivery charge and company on WhatsApp.
- You pay the advance or full amount plus the delivery charge.
- We send you a video of your bicycle, then dispatch it and share the tracking or bilty (receipt) number.
Delivery time: outside Lahore, usually 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on the city and the delivery company.
Please note: the delivery charge is paid in advance and is not refundable once the bicycle has been dispatched. Check the bicycle when you receive it. Damage in transport must be reported within 24 hours of delivery on our Damage claim page. Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
4. Quality check before dispatch
Before your bicycle leaves our facility, we share a video of your unit showing its condition and working. For advance-payment orders, we dispatch after your approval. For cash on delivery, we process and dispatch your order only after we receive the minimum delivery charge.
5. Cancellation & refunds
Full details and the refund request form are in our Refund & cancellation policy.
- Bicycles, cancelled within 2 hours of your payment: everything you paid is refunded in full.
- Bicycles, cancelled after 2 hours, before dispatch: 10% of the retail price of the bicycles is not refunded (assembly has started); delivery charges and the rest are refunded.
- Cancelled after dispatch, or refused at the door: the 10% and the delivery charges are not refunded.
- Parts, cancelled before dispatch: full refund.
- Cancelled by KONEX, for any reason: the whole amount you paid is refunded in full.
6. Free 30-day service and repairs
- Free 30-day service (new KONEX bicycles): within 30 days of delivery, one free check-up and adjustment (tuning, brakes, gears, nut-bolt tightening). Send a video or photos with your invoice or receipt number on WhatsApp 0323 8870832 first; we tell you where the bicycle will be checked: our workshop in Lahore or the designated dealer nearest to you.
- The customer brings the bicycle to that point and collects it afterwards. All costs of bringing and taking back the bicycle (transport, rider, cargo or courier) are paid by the customer. KONEX does not collect or deliver the bicycle for the free service. It is a free check-up only: not a warranty and not a refund.
- Not covered: accidents, damage, wear and tear, or new parts. These are charged as a paid repair.
- Paid repairs (KONEX bicycles, Lahore): home service Rs 1,000 visit charge + labour + parts, or pick-up & drop with transport charges + labour + parts. Quote first, work only after you approve.

Refund & cancellation policy
This policy explains when you can cancel an order and what is refunded. It applies to every payment option on this website: full payment (15% off), cash on delivery with a 10% advance on bicycles (parts paid in full), instalments and credit card instalments.

The 10% and the 15% are always calculated on the full retail price. Example: a bicycle of Rs 60,000 with Rs 3,000 delivery. Full payment: you pay Rs 54,000; cancelled after 2 hours, you get Rs 48,000 back. Cash on delivery: you pay Rs 9,000 now (Rs 6,000 advance + Rs 3,000 delivery); cancelled after 2 hours, you get Rs 3,000 back; refused at the door, nothing is refunded.
All KONEX bicycles are assembled after your order is confirmed. Your order is confirmed when your payment is received, and assembly of your bicycle starts 2 hours later. To cancel with a full refund, contact us within 2 hours of your payment.
2. If KONEX cancels your order
If we cancel your order for any reason, the whole amount you paid is refunded, including any delivery charge.
3. Before dispatch
Before your bicycle leaves us, we send you a video of your unit. Please check it and tell us straight away if anything is not as you ordered.
4. Problems on delivery
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, report it with photos and a video on our claim page, or send them on WhatsApp at 0323 8870832 with your invoice number. We will review your case and tell you how we will resolve it.
5. After-sale service
Every bicycle includes a free 30-day after-sale check-up and adjustment (tuning, brakes, gears, nut-bolt tightening) at our workshop in Lahore or a designated dealer. The customer brings the bicycle there and pays all transport costs; part replacements are charged separately. This service is not a warranty and is not a refund.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent to the JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account you give us in the refund request form. We confirm the refund amount and timing with you on WhatsApp.

Privacy policy
KONEX International is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use konex.pk.
1. Information we collect
- Personal details: name, email address, phone number and delivery address, when you place an order or contact us.
- Payment information: the details needed to confirm payments made by JazzCash, Easypaisa, UBL Raast QR or card, such as your payment screenshot. Card payments are made on UBL's secure payment page; we never see or store your full card details.
- Technical data: basic data your browser stores on your own device, such as your cart and the order details you entered last time (name, mobile, email, city and address), so you do not have to type them again. This stays on your device, and you can clear it any time with "Not you? Clear them" in the order form.
2. How we use your information
- To process and deliver your order.
- To send order updates and delivery details.
- To improve our website and customer service.
- To comply with legal obligations in Pakistan.
3. Data sharing and security
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed to run our business: with delivery and cargo partners to deliver your bicycle, with payment providers to process payments, and with legal authorities if required by Pakistani law (e.g. PECA 2016).

How do I choose the right bike size?

Can I buy spare parts for my KONEX bicycle?
Yes. We stock rims, saddles and components, all listed with prices in the catalogue.
What makes the Signature Model special?
It is our top-of-the-line bicycle, with Shimano 21-speed gears, lock-out front suspension, front and rear disc brakes and brown side-wall tyres.
How long does delivery take?
1 to 3 days after your order is confirmed.
Are taxes included in the price?
Yes. All prices include all government taxes. Only delivery is charged separately.
Do the bicycles come with after-sale service?
Yes. Every bicycle includes one free check-up and adjustment within 30 days of delivery. Message us on WhatsApp 0323 8870832 first; we tell you where to bring the bicycle (our Lahore workshop or the nearest designated dealer). You bring and collect the bicycle yourself and pay the transport; replacement parts such as freewheels and forks are available and charged separately after you approve the price.
Can I have my data deleted?
Yes. Email info@konex.pk and we will delete your personal data, except records we must keep by law.
